FOXBERRY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS

Foxberry Village is a private condo complex located in the hamlet of Getzville, NY which is located in the northern part of the Town of Amherst. It consists of 248 one- and two-bedroom condos situated in a park-like setting. An inground pool is available in the courtyard for resident's use. Foxberry consists of two phases of development, Foxberry Village Condo I (buildings 1-17) and Foxberry Village Condo II (buildings 18-31). Each phase has its own 5-member volunteer Board of Managers which oversees the maintenance and upkeep of their buildings and the common areas in and immediately around their buildings as well as compliance with the rules and regulations. Both Foxberry I and Foxberry II Board members also serve on the Foxberry Communities Association Board of Managers which oversees the common areas of the complex including the grounds, roads, parking and pool. All unit owners belong to the Communities HOA and the HOA overseeing their specific building.

NO NEW RENTALS ALLOWED IN FOXBERRY AT THIS TIME. Only Owner-Occupied units.. The person occupying the unit must have their name on the deed.

Dogs-Unit Owners may request permission for a dog by filling out a pet registration packet. Only small dogs are allowed on the property. A small dog is considered to be a dog under or about 30lbs. This will be strictly enforced. All dogs must be approved by the Board prior to bringing on our property and must be covered by your HO6 homeowners insurance including visiting dogs. See the Animal Policy.

Visiting Dogs- No visiting dogs are allowed without prior approval from the Board. The dog's vaccination records and a registration form must be signed by the dog owner and the Unit Owner the dog is visiting. The Unit Owner must agree to be responsible for the visiting dog and the dog must be covered by the Unit Owner's homeowners insurance. Proof of insurance coverage for the dog must be provided.

NO NEW UNIT RENTALS AT THIS TIME-Owner-occupied units only.

Unit owners allowed one dog under 30lbs when full grown Must submit Dog Registration and get approval prior to bringing dog on property (See Animal Policy/Registration section).

Visiting Dogs-must be under 30lbs. File Registration form and get approval prior to visit.

No commercial vehicles, ladder trucks, or vehicles with advertising allowed parked overnight.

All Unit Owners must maintain a HO6 condo insurance policy.
